Your sales cycle isn't generic.
Your CRM quote shouldn't be either.

Fast CRM pricing depends on how many salespeople and telecallers you have, which modules you use across the enquiry-to-order pipeline, the integrations you switch on and where the software runs — cloud or on-premise. A single sales office capturing leads and chasing quotes, and a group running the full pipeline through to order acceptance and Customer 360, simply don't cost the same. Start standalone as a sales office and expand into the full suite later with no migration. Tell us how you sell and we'll send an itemised quote within 48 hours.

Why isn't pricing listed here?

Because a flat number would be wrong for almost everyone who reads it. A small sales office capturing leads, sending quotes and chasing follow-up needs a fraction of what a manufacturer running the full pipeline — enquiry, feasibility and estimation, quotation, order acceptance, follow-up dashboards, Customer 360, telephony and the task and call module — needs. Publishing one number would either scare off the simple case or undersell the complex one. We'd rather scope it properly and quote it right, once — with the modules you need now, and a clear path to expand into the full suite with no migration.

What goes into your quote

Five factors determine your price —
everything else is a flat module fee

There's no mystery formula. These are the inputs that change cost, and we walk through every one of them on the scoping call.

Users & Salespeople

Field sales executives, inside-sales and telecallers, estimation engineers, sales managers watching the follow-up dashboards, and back-office staff raising quotations and orders. We price per user or as a flat organisation fee, whichever fits.

Per-user Flat fee Multi-branch

Modules Used

Use the modules you need now — lead & enquiry capture, feasibility & estimation, quotation, order acceptance, follow-up and Customer 360, and the task, call & activity module — and add more later. Start standalone as a sales office and expand into the full suite with no data migration.

Deployment: Cloud or On-Premise

Cloud is the fastest to start. On-premise — IIS and SQL Server on your own server inside your own network — is available for organisations with data-residency or IT-policy requirements, common among ISO and IATF-certified manufacturers. Fast CRM serves manufacturers across India and worldwide.

Cloud On-premise India & worldwide

Integrations

Email and SMS alerts are standard. KooKoo cloud IVR telephony with click-to-dial and automatic call logging, WhatsApp automation for enquiry intake and quote follow-up, and the handoff to Fast ERP or Fast Billing so the accepted order flows into production and invoicing, are scoped per integration.

Email / SMS — included Telephony & WhatsApp ERP / Billing handoff

Dhruv AI Add-on

Our own AI analytics layer — role dashboards over live pipeline data for sales heads and management, AI insight summaries of enquiry-to-order conversion, plain-English questions answered through a safe read-only sandbox, and AI clustering of enquiry and feedback remarks into recurring themes.

Rollout & Migration Scope

How many modules go live at once, and how much master data — customers and contacts, item lists, agreed rates, open enquiries and quotations — we import from Excel or your existing system at cutover. A standalone sales-office go-live is quick; a phased full-pipeline rollout is scoped stage by stage. There's no separate setup fee framed as an extra.

Phased rollout Excel import No migration to expand
Every quote, regardless of size

What's always included —
never an extra line item later

Whatever the final number, these are non-negotiable parts of every Fast CRM deployment. No surprise add-ons after you've signed, and no setup fee dressed up as an extra.

Implementation with SRS sign-off

We map your sales process first — how a lead becomes an enquiry, how an enquiry is estimated and quoted, how a won quote becomes an accepted order that hands off to the factory — capture it in a signed-off SRS, then configure the modules to fit. PDCA at every phase.

Video-recorded training

Field sales, telecallers, estimation and back-office users trained onsite or remote — every session recorded so staff who miss one, or new joiners, can re-watch at any time.

3 months hands-on handholding

Onsite and remote support after go-live until your team runs enquiries, estimates, quotations, orders and follow-up dashboards confidently — not a hand-off the day the system switches on.

Email & SMS alerts

Quotation-sent, follow-up-due and order-confirmation notifications are part of the core product — not billed as a channel add-on. WhatsApp automation and KooKoo IVR telephony are available as scoped integrations.

Dashboards & MIS reports

Follow-up dashboards for leads, enquiries, quotations and orders, enquiry-vs-order conversion analytics, salesperson and source-wise reporting, and the Customer 360 history view — standard in every deployment for the modules you use.

End-user sign-off, then up to 6 months support

Nothing switches over until your team says it's ready — and post-go-live support runs up to 6 months on portal, email, WhatsApp and phone with periodic review meetings.

Pricing FAQ

Why doesn't Fast CRM show pricing on the website?

Pricing depends on factors that vary significantly between businesses — user count, which modules you use (you can start standalone as a sales office and expand into the full pipeline), which integrations you switch on (telephony/IVR, WhatsApp, the ERP/Billing handoff), the Dhruv AI add-on, and cloud versus on-premise deployment. A single published number would overstate cost for a small sales office or understate it for a full-pipeline group. We quote based on a short scoping call so the number reflects your actual requirement.

How long does it take to get a quote?

Most customers receive a detailed, itemised quote within 48 hours of the demo and scoping call. The quote breaks down by module, user count, integrations and deployment type — no hidden line items.

Can I start standalone and expand into the full suite later?

Yes. Fast CRM runs standalone as a sales office and hands accepted orders to an external ERP. Because it is a profile of the same platform as Fast ERP, Fast Production and Fast Billing — sharing one SQL Server database, one document engine and the same customer and item masters — you can switch on production, billing and service later with no data migration and no integration project. The Order Acceptance you capture is the order the factory builds and invoices. Read more on our about page.

Is it available cloud and on-premise?

Yes. Fast CRM runs as a cloud deployment or as an on-premise IIS and SQL Server installation on your own server inside your own network. The choice affects the quote and both are discussed during scoping — on-premise is a common preference among ISO and IATF-certified manufacturers with data-residency and network policies. Fast CRM serves manufacturers across India and worldwide.

Does the quote include implementation, training and support?

Yes. Every quote includes implementation with SRS sign-off before build, PDCA at every phase, video-recorded training sessions, 3 months of hands-on handholding, end-user sign-off before go-live, and up to 6 months of post-go-live support across portal, email, WhatsApp and phone — itemised so it's never a surprise cost later. There are no separate setup fees framed as extras.

Do you charge per user or a flat fee?

Both models are available depending on what suits the business. Smaller sales offices often prefer per-user pricing; larger multi-branch sales teams often prefer a flat organisation fee. This is discussed and confirmed during the scoping call before the quote is finalised.
